How do I register with Exposure?
To register your Profile, click on the red "Register Now" button on our home page.
You will then be prompted to enter your personal details, email address and password; upload your CV, and select the type of roles and areas you are looking for. Once you have registered, you will receive an email confirming your password. Use this password, along with your registered email address to log-in and access/edit your Profile, to apply for jobs and to set-up email Job Alerts.
How do I upload a copy of my CV?
We have made it easy for you to upload a copy of your CV in MS Word (.doc) format.
On Step 2 of the Registration process click "browse", choose your MS Word CV from your computer, then click "Upload". You will see your CV has been uploaded and will be given the same name as your CV file. Please note that CV files must be smaller than 250kb. If you have a photo within your CV please ensure it's saved as low resolution or remove it all together.
If you have already registered and want to upload your CV, please follow the instructions for "uploading more than one version of my CV" below.
What if I want to upload more than one version of my CV?
Loading different versions of your CV can be very useful, especially if you are applying for different sector roles, or if the job requires additional fluent languages.
Click onto "My Profile" on the main menu, log-in using your registered email address and password, click onto "My Profile" again and select "My CV's". Click "browse", choose your MS Word CV from your computer, then click "Upload". You will see your CV has been uploaded and will be given the same name as your CV file. Your additional CV is now loaded. You can upload up to five different CV's within your Profile.
Who can see my CV?
Currently the only time an Employer or Recruiterwill see your CV is when you have applied for a role with them. We will soon be allowing Employers and Recruiters access to the CV Database. We will give you notice when this happens.
How do I search for jobs?
There are two options for searching jobs. You can use the Quick Search or click onto Advanced Search. Both options can be found on our home page, or by clicking onto the ExposureJobs.com logo.
Quick Search allows you to search all jobs by Country, by Job Category/Sector, Job Type, and by using Keywords.
Advanced Search has all the functionality as above, but additionally you can define to search Regions and Areas within a Country, by salary and also by Job post date.
How do I apply for jobs?
In order to apply for jobs you will need to be logged in. If you do not have log-in details, please "Register Now".
Once you have searched for jobs, you will be offered roles relevant to your criteria. If you wish to apply for a role, click onto the "Apply Now" button. You will need to log-in using your email address and password, then select the CV you wish to attach to your application and also write a brief covering letter. Although the covering letter is not mandatory we advise that most employers prefer to receive one. It also gives you the opportunity to give any additional information not contained within your CV.
How do I see what jobs I have applied for?
In order to see what jobs you have applied for you will need to be logged in. Click onto "My Jobs" on the main menu, and then select "View my applications".
How do I follow up a Job Application?
When you apply for a job, we automatically store a confirmation within "My Jobs". Click onto "My Jobs" on the main menu, and then select "View my applications". The information will include the Company Name, Contact Name, Email Address and Contact number. Use these contact details to follow up your application.
How do I set up a Job Alert Email?
Job Alerts are the quickest and most efficient way of searching for new job opportunities. As soon as a matching job is loaded onto Exposure we send an Alert directly to your email inbox. Be the first to now when your ideal role becomes available.
To set-up Job Alerts, click onto My Profile, log-in using your email and password, then click My Profile again. Now click onto My Alerts.
You can set-up an unlimited amount of Job Alerts, particularly useful if you are interested in roles in many different locations.
Give your Alert a Title, i.e. "Sales Jobs in Barcelona", select your ideal Job Sectors (multiple sectors can be selected by holding down the ctrl key while clicking), select any keywords or leave blank if you want to receive all Jobs within your chosen sectors, select Country and corresponding Region, and finally click "Save".
You will now see your saved Alerts under "Existing Alerts". Here you can "Edit" the Alert criteria, "Remove" the Alert or "Run". Clicking onto Run will show you all the current roles on our database matching your Alert.
I have forgotten my password. Can you remind me?
If you have forgotten your password, go to our home page, click onto My Profile, then click onto Forgotten Password link. Here you will be asked to input your registered email address, and click onto "Request Details". An email will be sent to your registered email address confirming your password.
I have changed my email address. What do I do?
To change your email address you will need to be logged in. Click onto "My Profile" on the main menu. Here you will be able to change your email address and also your password, if required. Click onto "Save" and your changes will be automatically updated. The next time you log-in you will have use your newly registered email address.
