Based in Barcelona, Spain, our client is a fast-growing market-leading global online advertising company, specialized in the creation of software for internet traffic-capturing and redirection and interest-led advertising. The Company is looking to hire an experienced PHP Developer to join its energetic and forward-looking Technical Department. Working on the website back-offices in a lively and creative Web Development team, the PHP Developer will interface with the Database, Design and Marketing teams, as well as liaising with the Core Development (C++) group, all focused on the creation of cutting-edge internet-based solutions for a wide range of international clients.
The successful candidate should have a basic knowledge of Apache and HTTP protocol and will be able to demonstrate consolidated Programming skills with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in
• PHP.
• XHTML, CSS.
• Xml
• MySQL (Oracle an additional advantage)
The following skills will be an additional advantage:
• Object-oriented Programming
• Java
• AJAX
• JavaScript
• Knowledge of Linux environments
• SSL
• Basic System Administration
