Our client, a leading international online holiday provider, is strongly focused on developing the Spanish Market for both inbound and outbound clients. They are looking for an experienced E-Sales / E-Marketing Manager who, with fluent Spanish and English, will play a major role in building the performance of the Spanish market – across all European markets.
Working in close collaboration with the Paris office, the role is responsible for Internet Sales on the Spanish market, and Internet Sales of Spanish products on European markets. This will focus on:
• Overall site optimization, increasing visibility, usability and online bookings.
• Definition of Internet strategy and budgets.
• Definition and coordination of weekly Animation for the Spanish website and the Spanish market on the foreign Websites.
• Identifying and managing Partnership deals and Affiliate programmes.
• Implementing integrated online advertising and marketing campaigns, and communication of requirements to IT / Web developers.
• Search Marketing: Optimisation and recommendations.
• Negotiation and set-up of tactical campaigns: Emailing, newsletter management strategy…
• Partnership / Price comparison sites: Identifying, negotiating and optimising opportunities.
• Management of local agencies to set up on-line actions.
The ideal candidate for this exciting and critical role will have the following profile:
• Business-oriented and an instinctive deal-maker.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an e-commerce environment.
• Knowledge of and experience in implementing traffic-creation techniques.
• Strategic mindset, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Well-organised, analytical and deadline focused.
• French language skills an advantage.
• Experience within the travel industry desirable.
• Experience in multi-cultural working environments.
