Job: Recruitment Account Manager - Madrid, Red Talent

Our Business continues to grow throughout Spain, and we are now seeking an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to join the Madrid team. This position will be home based, within the Madrid area.

Responsibilities:
• Managing candidate applications
• Screening and first stage interviewing of candidates and arranging interview schedules.
• Searching our extensive candidate database
• Ad hoc online marketing activities.

This position requires some experience in contract or permanent recruitment, or a similar industry background. With a polished approach to both Client and Candidate relationships, you will be a team player, professional, proactive, and be able to use a solutions approach to deliver results.
