Job: Senior Recruitment Consultant - Digital Media, Red Talent

Our Business continues to grow throughout Spain, and we are now seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead the Digital Media/Online recruitment team.

This position will be home-based, ideally within the Madrid, Barcelona or Valencia areas.

Responsibilities: 
• Build, manage and constantly nurture client relationships 
• Identify and build a strong candidate base using our extensive candidate database and other industry specific tools 
• Place appropriate advertising to attract candidates for client positions 
• Manage candidate applications 
• Carry out screening and first stage interviewing of candidates 
• Arrange client interview schedules and follow-up

This position requires a good level of exposure to recruitment either in a dedicated recruitment role or through responsibility for recruitment within an appropriate organisation. Vital to success in this role is a good understanding of the Digital Media/Online field.
