With solid growth in Iberia, a rare opportunity has become available within the Iberia Enterprise Sales team, to drive enterprise revenue across their product range in the Public Sector: From software licensing through to professional services and support. Focusing on Public Sector accounts this role requires highly developed account management skills.

Reporting to the Enterprise Sales Manager this role will focus on developing high value relationships within the Public Sector, defining customer needs, articulating value proposition and positioning our client as a strategic partner.

The key to success in this role is to become a ‘trusted partner’ - engaging the customer at the inception of the decision making process and performing a guiding and influencing role with the customer; often resulting in closer collaboration between the customer and our client to develop the best solution focused on the customer’s particular needs at any given time.

You will be:
- An Enterprise Sales professional with demonstrable large account management experience gained within the Spanish Public Sector.
- Possess evidence of sales over-achievement gained through successful engagement with large complex, central and regional government departments and organisations.
- Have gained your consultative selling style previously working for an enterprise software vendor, hardware vendor or SI.
- Able to demonstrate a track record of building and executing on annual account plans through a mix of existing account management and new business generation.

Additional requirements:
- A proven track record over-achieving multi-million dollar revenue targets, comprising software licensing, consulting, maintenance agreements, and customer training.
- Strong track record of building revenue particularly within Spain’s Public Sector.
- Strong experience of multi-level relationship management. - Strong track record of delivering diversified revenues and large deal management.
- Proven ability of influencing at executive level / department heads in regional and central government as well as project management level.
- Experience in managing a large virtual account team.
- Formal sales training.

Desirable requirements: 
- Knowledge of the current security and compliance market and competitive issues.
- Siebel precision selling knowledge.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Degree qualified.
