Our client an online gaming company in Gibraltar is searching for a Customer Services Speaking Italian. Ideally you will be Italian with a clear telephone voice you will be looking to further your career within a support role with this extremely ambitious gaming company. Your role is to liaise with clients both by phone and e mail and provide them with unparalleled standards of customer care in relation to their betting / gaming experience. The role is to ensure that problems and queries are dealt with swiftly and in an appropriate manner. The company is one of the major companies in the betting / gambling market and employs about 200 people. Our client provides on-line support to its clients on a 24/7 basis, therefore this role will require you to work shifts.
You will have previously worked in a customer service role in an office environment, ideally in a shift and be able to show a good level of loyalty in previous positions. Strong preference is given to previous gaming experience.
Salary is £17k - £20k depending on experience and 30 days holiday
