We are currently recruiting Senior Community Managers for the following languages:
Chinese, Danish, French, Finnish, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Hungarian, Spanish.
As the senior it is your responsibility to guarantee the high quality of content of the web community and to build up the community through local content and perfect services. Due to a high degree of self-organization as well as thorough consultation with your team and the management, you easily master the multitude of diverse tasks and you flawlessly adhere to the quality standards, budgets and deadlines.
Being an important backbone of communication between the company and the community, you are very service and goal oriented. You independently plan your work in accord with the product development department and your colleagues. Thanks to you, both our community and all relevant departments are always up-to-date on the current state of affairs.
Your Areas of Work
• Responsibility for the results of the Community Management team in your language
• Leading your team of Community Managers and Freelancers as well as leading the community itself
• Representation and direct contact to the community through the forum as well as on live community events
• Informing the community about new content, features and promotions through news, forum and newsletter
• Assembly & supervision of a team of poker coaches, who produce videos and help the community on the forum
• Continuous transfer of translatable content & new features to your language through the assembly & supervision of a team of proficient translators and speakers
Requirements
• Academic degree
• Previous experience as community manager or moderator of an online community and or professional experience in the domain of journalism, localization or product management
• Profound experience in leadership
• Perfect command of your language, both spoken and written
• Very good organisational and communicative skills
• A strong motivation and high level of commitment, willingness to work long hours
• Enjoyment of teamwork and open communication
• A high sense of responsibility and a sharp focus on results
• Fun with our online communities & our product
• Good English (company language)
Beneficial
• An affinity to (online) poker
• Experience with content management systems
• Basic knowledge of web design / HTML
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word)
