Due to the expansion of the company both in the UK and Internationally a new position is available for a dynamic, commercially focused Resources and Administration Team Leader. Based out of our Woking offices you would carry a numbers of key tasks within your team. This is very much a doing and leading role, this in not a management position. The candidate has to have a strong administrative background, highly IT Literate with a background in IT Services or Consulting Services preferred. We are prepared to look at candidates who have the desire to move on from where they are and see this as a good opportunity for career progression.
Key responsibilities
The ideal candidate will show ability and demonstrate an understanding of scheduling 30 plus consultants across International/Global Training and Consulting Engagements.
Ensure resources doing what the spreadsheet dictates daily/weekly report and escalate daily changes and provide alternatives. Dealing with international shipping and materials training courses making sure resources and material is in right place & time to deliver courses.
Highly System literate in Excel, Word and ability to grasp third party apps like Pathlore.
AT least 5/6 years experience in administrative environments preferably more.
Flexible is work hours to cover a 8-6 window with the team
Work closing with the FD and the Ops directors on a daily basis
