Business Sales Manager - Aberdeen - Salary Negotiable with Excellent Benefits

A very promising opportunity has arisen for a driven individual with a strong background in Sales Management to join a rapidly expanding team in Aberdeen.

You will be expected to help the company in this expansion through effective management of existing relationships and further development of new business. As part of the Senior Management Team responsible for strategy development you should be able to demonstrate previous experience of success and have the ability to meet and exceed demanding performance targets.

The successful candidate must possess:

Demonstrable experience within a Sales Management environment

Experience of driving sales teams to exceed targets

SME's within an enterprise environment

Strong supplier relationship management

Ability to research and gather requirements

Excellent communication at all levels

Sales documentation skills

The drive to succeed within a progressive and demanding environment

As a Business Sales Manager you will help the team to grow around you and develop business plans and strategies to ensure goals are met. You will take responsibility for sales leads/prospects, action plans to target new avenues, marketing planning, pricing on completed prospects, proposal presentations and RFP responses, and representing the company to the highest standards at all times.
