Enterprise Application Management Support Engineer - Berkshire - Imm Start - £38 to £48k + benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen due to company expansion for a world leading solutions company based in Berkshire. They are looking to add a Specialist in the Enterprise Applications Management team to engage in supporting existing enterprise applications.

To be considered for this role you should be able to demonstrate strong proficiency in:

Customer liaison at all levels

Extensive experience with supporting applications in closed and open environments

Strong time management and excellent organisation

Oracle, SQL, other RDBMs

Computer related Degree

Weblogic and Websphere

Furthermore, you should come from a solid customer service background and be willing to work outside of usual hours on occasions. Some travel to London client sites is to be expected, and you will assume responsibility for upgrades, installations and configurations. You will work with customers and senior management teams, and be available as an escalation point for relevant issues.
