Job: Senior Scrum Master, PeopleCo

Contract Description:

The Scrum Master is primarily responsible for implementation and monitoring of the Scrum methodology, the continuation of the process and the cooperation within the two Scrum teams within the project. Secondary, the Scrum Master to deal with continuous guidance on productivity improvements of the development team.

Responsibilities:

- Implement the Scrum Artifacts.

- Removing barriers between development and the customer / client, the customer determines what is being developed;

- The learning of the client how he / she can achieve a maximum ROI and its objectives to be achieved by using Scrum;

- Improving the working life of the development team to achieve creativity and empowerment;

- Improve the development process and tools;

- The continuous facilitation of the process;

- Ensure that the team as effectively as possible and be deployed;

- Ensure proper installation and transfer direction team and Scrum Master of the scrum method;

- Ensure a good cooperation within the teams;

- Ensure a good working atmosphere;

- Ensure that "impediment" resolved and / or communicated to line and / or project-/programme management;

- Note and communicate on issues that hinder / delay.

- Focus on customer.

Job requirements:

- Min. 2 years experience as a scrum master

- Knowledge and experience with Agile Principles

- Person must also situational management can execute.

- Sufficient experience in software development from a chain of thought.
