As a result of our expansion into the i-Gaming industry we are looking for a Games Acquisition Executive to work for a prestigious online gaming company based on the beautiful island of Malta.
Position Purpose:
This international role has been created to support the acquisition marketing efforts of the Client's Games Team. The role will work within the Global Games Marketing team, responsible for marketing Client's Casino, Arcade and Exchange Games.
You will support the successful management of acquisition programmes across client’s international regions. You will optimise existing partner deals to increase the volume and quality of new players to the company's games products. You will also work to seek new media relationships, and opportunities online.
You will also be responsible for the planning and implementation of international campaigns spanning multiple regions, and communicating their successes to the business. This involves the effective purchase of online media, and subsequent campaign measurement and analysis.
Key Responsibilities / Duties to include;
Functional Tasks
• Management of Paid listings, in particular managing the relationship with the appointed search marketing agencies in the international regions.
• Purchasing and management of online media presence and management of relationship with appointed online media agencies.
• Implementation, support, coordination and reporting on all online acquisition campaigns.
• Management of all creative requirements to support the campaigns, including where appropriate trafficking and ad serving, as well as implementation of landing pages or micro sites.
Analysis and Improvement
• Continual optimization of live campaigns across all media channels.
• Post campaign analysis and reporting.
• Help analyse and improve the tools / processes that bring ideas to market.
Communication
• Managing communication between functional teams bring campaigns to market.
• Manage communication between the regional and central marketing teams.
• Communicate marketing performance to the Games P&L owners.
• Key Working Relationships:
• You will report directly to the Games Marketing Manager.
• You will need to have excellent relationships with regional teams, internal marketing teams, and the P&L owners of the Games business.
• You will be involved in the management of 3rd party agencies, from multiple regions.
Personal Specification
Experience & Qualifications Required:
• Strong analytical / reporting skills required with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and business reporting tools.
• Experience of working with external partners would be an advantage.
• Must have a broad and current knowledge of Online Gaming.
• A good knowledge internet marketing principles.
• Highly organised with good project management skills
• Proven negotiation and sales skills.
• Excellent communicator.

Salary: €35,000
